Margarit attended Saint Paul's College in Lawrenceville, Virginia majoring in Special Education. Margarit currently works as an executive assistant at the Transuranic Waste Processing Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Margarit enjoys baking, reading, and lacrosse. Margarit is also the proud mother of two children ages eleven and nine. Margarit believes that all children deserve to experience the good life has to offer no matter what their background.                                     

Pamela has a background in special education. She enjoys seeing children of all ages blossom and reach their full potential academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. She earned her Doctorate Degree from George Mason University in 2007. She is currently an elementary school principal in Fairfax County Public Schools. Pamela believes that education is the great equalizer.    

Aaron graduated from Annandale High School and attended Hampton University where he pursued a degree in Business Marketing. Aaron currently works for Fairfax County Public Schools as an instructional assistant. Aaron serves as a committee member for Mount Olive Baptist Church's Boy Scouts group. During his free time, Aaron enjoys traveling, working out, running, cooking, and spending time with friends, family, and loved ones.                                                               raglasgow@dawnsheart.org

Amber is a graduate of George Mason University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. This year, Amber is aspiring to pursue her Masters in School Counseling. Amber is a Center Supervisor for the Department of Family Services for Fairfax County through the School Age Child Care Program (SACC). Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Radford University. After her undergraduate degree, Dawn earned her Masters degree in Special Education at George Mason University. Dawn has 13 years of experience working with children with disabilities and their families; she is currently employed as a special education teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools. When Dawn is not participating in Dawn's Heart activities, she enjoys reading, traveling, good food, and spending time with family and friends.
